Dr. Brian Harrison is a social scientist, writer, media consultant, and award-winning teacher. He is the founder and director of the Center for American Political Engagement (CAPE) and is a Lecturer at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
Brian’s work has been cited in the New York Times, the Washington Post, Salon, NBC News, The Guardian (UK), and National Public Radio. His research and teaching focus on the impact of communication and identity on public opinion, political and social behavior in American politics.
